Do you have great administration skills, enjoy being part of a team and love a busy and varied workload?

We are the largest provider of accommodation, care and support for adults with learning disabilities in Sussex. We are looking for a skilled and proactive administrator to provide a full range of administrative support for our learning disability division.

Main tasks include maintaining office systems, dealing with enquiries, co-ordinating meetings, taking minutes and collating statistical and qualitative data. We are regulated by the CQC and part of your role will be developing and maintaining systems to ensure we remain CQC compliant. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating some of our client events.

You will be extremely organised, highly competent in using Word, Excel and databases, have an excellent eye for detail and be able to work to strict deadlines.

Closing date: Monday 18 November 2019.

Interview date: Friday 29 November 2019.
