Our client is a a beautiful School seeking Learning Disabilities Autism Support Workers, Care/Support Workers, Care Assistant and Trainee Support workers to care and support young adults and children with mental health issues, autism, learning disabilities and complex care needs.
The Support is 1:1 or 2:1 and you will complete shadow shifts prior to starting direct support. Your role will be to assist the Service Users to access the community, develop some independence and access activities they enjoy. There is an element of personal care.
If you have experience as a Learning Disabilities Autism Support Worker or Support Worker or Care Assistant or keen to be a support worker, we would love to talk to you.
