A professional company have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist to join an existing team.
The main purpose of the role is to:
Create quality and engaging training programmes
Track and record the development of learners
Deliver training programmes in a classroom environment or to small groups
Create an engaging an enthusiastic environment for people to learn in
Have experience a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a training role
Have a proven track record of writing and delivering training programmes
Have a CIPD or similar qualification
Experience of working with an e-learning programme
The position attracts a competitive salary and benefits including 25 days holiday, non contributory cover for Life Assurance of up to 3 times basic salary and a performance related bonus up to 20% of base salary, based upon achieving company budgets and targets.
