Learning & Development Manager - Professional Services - Worcester - £50,000 - £55,000 pa
A growing, people led professional services firm with offices across the UK are looking for an experienced L&D Manager to come and join the team in Worcester, with occasional travel to other offices.
The role -
Implementation of the L&D strategy aligned with the Firm's business strategy.
Develop the curriculum and provide expertise on emerging learning gaps; scanning the market for relevant providers/partners and managing the budgets/relationships that follow.
Personally, or working through stakeholders, design, deliver learning solutions to meet current and future needs.
Responsible for the development and delivery of personal and management development modules for the Firm
Deliver blended learning solutions incorporating coaching, mentoring and face to face training, maximising the use of technology.
Put in place efficient measurements to ensure and demonstrate a positive return on investment
Accountable for future talent programmes and in particular leading our apprenticeships and graduate programmes.
The person -
Have a proven track record of successful delivery of management/ leadership programmes at senior management/Director level
Have created and developed bespoke training programmes with a particular focus on personal development and talent progression.
Be capable of both assessing training needs, crafting learning content and implementing it.
Have a proven experience of managing a busy L&D function with excellent organisational skills ability to deliver projects to plan, and cost and quality.
Have proven ROI from previous interventions that demonstrate tangible business benefits
