An experienced L&D professional, you’re used to working in a multi-site organisation and are comfortable leading others, managing projects, delivering training and using an LMS. Your skillset covers training evaluation, training needs analysis, organisation and commercial awareness. With a get-up-and-go nature, high levels of resilience and a natural coach and communicator, you’ll build and maintain great relationships. You’ll love getting out and meeting our people and be keen to help them go above and beyond, whatever their roles or remits. That means creating some innovative and highly effective L&D solutions.
