The L & D Framework specialist will act as the project lead to deliver the Functional Development Framework across the business. This objective will require broad business engagement to develop and deliver the framework including the identification and standardisation of the competence requirements of all roles. This includes identification of roles, tasks, KSB requirements, development solutions, delivery method, evaluation process and timescale. There may also be a requirement to work across the L&D team to provide support as required.
Typical duties will include but are not limited to:
*L&D Framework design to meet the specific requirements of the company
*Alignment of existing development frameworks
*Identification of appropriate development solutions
*Plan & priorities delivery in line with business requirements
*Broad business engagement across all levels & functions
*Travel across the business with overnight stays
*Work across the L&D team to provide support with ongoing projects as required
It is assumed that the successful candidate will hold the following skills and experience. However, candidates who feel they have relevant, transferable experience are also welcomed to apply:
*Proven experience of developing & preferably implementing frameworks
*Although home building business experience is not an essential, this would be considered highly advantageous
