My client is a leading care home provider looking for a Learning & Development Facilitator to join them on a permanent basis. The L&D Facilitator will become a vital member of the team in supporting the organisation to provide care across the country.
Key responsibilities will include:
- To facilitate an extensive programme of blended learning and development opportunities for each of the individual homes.
- Mentor and train managers and senior colleagues of all levels across the organisation developing bespoke interventions and plans as required
- Provide coaching, advice and support across the organisation to in house-trainers
- Become a key individual in a number of people related projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Learning and Development team working as a L&D Facilitator supporting a specific region of care homes.
To be considered for the role you will have a proven ability in training, influencing and coaching. You will be a leading and engaging individual demonstrating the organisation’s values and principles building instant credibility at all levels within the business and proactively contributing to organisational success.
Please note a great deal travel is involved in this role so ideally you will hold a driving licence.
