Learning & Development Coordinator - Part Time (30 hour week)

Our client based in Wallingford is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their People & Skills HR function on a 15 month fixed term contract on a part-time basis (30 hours a week) due to Maternity Cover. 

You'll be working alonside the L&D Manager to deliver my client's L&D plan by focusing on the internal L&D request process and the budget itself. Working with stakeholders, you'll be identifying cost-effective solutions to identified training requirements. You'll also be overseeing the design of courses as well as coordinating their delivery, promotion and evaluation. There will be an element of travel to attend courses and upcoming programmes.

Hours are 30 per week, working extremely flexibly Monday to Friday. Our client is happy with a flexible start and end time as long as the core hours are worked between 10.00am and 15.30pm. Lunch break can be decided by you on a daily basis, whilst you munch away in their subsidised canteen!!
