We are working in partnership with a highly reputable business on the Fylde Coast, as they are looking to secure the services of a Business Partner to be responsible for their Learning & Development function.
This role is ideal for a passionate, self-sufficient Learning & Development professional who is equally as happy delivering one to one sessions as they are to group workshops. There is a strong sense of accountability and ownership required for this role as you will liaising closely with team managers to directly improve performance, therefore enabling the business plan to be achieved.
To be considered for this role, you MUST hold a related degree, or a recognised CIPD qualification. It is also essential that you can display and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of current thinking and patterns in the Learning & Development sector at the moment. It also goes without saying you must possess the initiative and intuition to adapt, update, create and re-develop training materials to suit the needs of our diverse workforce; and these resources must be digital content and blended learning solutions.
Our client also prides itself on having an apprenticeship scheme which will fall into your remit; if you have any experience of managing apprenticeship schemes, this should be displayed in your CV and covering letter.
