Learning & Development Business Partner

One of my clients is urgently seeking a Global Learning & Development Business Partner for a brand new role in their structure. In essence, you will be responsible for the implementation of learning and development activity, primarily focused on core L&D.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Ensure global learning and development policy and practices are implemented in line with global standard.
*Influence key stakeholders and senior management team on the most appropriate learning and development strategies.
*Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement learning and development plans and where appropriate developing and delivering the content and / or identifying local suppliers to do this.
*Proactively research and deploy the most up-to-date learning and development techniques and share best practices.
*Analyse and interpret business requirements to identify gaps and recommend/deliver the most appropriate learning & development plans.
*Organise and conduct training programmes for improving common competencies of employees and leadership development programmes.

The successful candidate will be/have:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience delivering learning and development solutions within a global organisation.
Operational training experience. Must be able to develop and deliver training modules for common business competencies.
A self-managing individual, capable of working autonomously.
A flexible and pro-active approach to cope with constantly changing environment and priorities.
Ability to influence motivate and engage business leaders to consider proposed learning and development strategies
