My client, a London-based global firm working with some of the world’s leading businesses, is currently recruiting a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Learning & Development Advisor will be responsible for supporting the wider team with facilitation and delivery of L&D initiatives, the key duties will include:

  • Ensure L&D programmes are structured and appropriate
  • Work closely with HR colleagues
  • Design and deliver programmes and sessions
  • Develop relationships across the firm
  • Update and improve existing initiatives
  • Develop content with internal experts
  • Ad hoc project work

The Learning & Development Advisor will have previous experience in a similar role in a similar environment with a proven track record of design and implementation. The candidate will be client focused and credible with senior members of staff, they will be experienced in negotiation and influencing as well as managing several different projects at once. They will be able to build strong relationships and will have a positive attitude.
