A leading US law firm based in the City are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Learning & Development Advisor will be responsible for all legal training and professional development activities for the London office. Reporting directly into the Senior Manager the key duties will include:

  • Supporting with Associate development programme
  • Reviewing the SRA competency framework
  • Liaising with external providers
  • Design the trainee induction programme
  • Coordinate deliver of skills training for business services
  • Lead e-learning programmes
  • Manage budgets
  • Manage internal L&D systems
  • Maintain and update website and course schedules
  • Ad hoc projects

The Learning & Development Advisor will ideally be degree educated with solid experience in a Learning & Development role. They will have excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach and willingness to learn. The right candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
