A leading US law firm based in the City are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Learning & Development Advisor will be responsible for all legal training and professional development activities for the London office. Reporting directly into the Senior Manager the key duties will include:
- Supporting with Associate development programme
- Reviewing the SRA competency framework
- Liaising with external providers
- Design the trainee induction programme
- Coordinate deliver of skills training for business services
- Lead e-learning programmes
- Manage budgets
- Manage internal L&D systems
- Maintain and update website and course schedules
- Ad hoc projects
The Learning & Development Advisor will ideally be degree educated with solid experience in a Learning & Development role. They will have excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach and willingness to learn. The right candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
