My client is a leading law firm based in West London, who are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The Learning & Development Advisor will work closely with the Head of Learning & Development supporting on the firm’s learning and development programmes across the entire business.
- Overall management of the trainees
- Conducting training needs analysis
- Leading the improvement and design of the trainee development programme
- Delivering inductions
- Managing and maintaining records
- Managing the SRA qualification process
- Manage seat rotations
- Design and deliver workshops
- Ad hoc project work
The Learning & Development Advisor will have previous similar experience and will be confident dealing with people at all levels. The right candidate will be well organised, proactive and will be able to streamline processes where necessary. They will have excellent communication and IT literacy as well as training design and delivery knowledge. They will be assertive and able to handle a fast paced and challenging role.
