Stretching more than 60 miles from Reading and Heathrow in the West, through central London tunnels and across to Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the East, the Line will serve 41 accessible stations and an estimated 200 million people per year.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic L&D Advisor to lead the development of all MTR Crossrail people in line with the operational needs of the business. You will increase overall people capability and performance, through quality tools and processes and application of skills that drive employee engagement and complement front line customer service.
You will be developing, designing, deploying, and evaluating high quality blended training programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual, adapting to the changes occurring in the work environment.
You will have experience of delivering management development programmes to ILM standard and supporting delegates through the qualification.
You will have experience of working with a wide range of IT and eLearning applications, developing materials using video, audio and multimedia technologies as well as identifying ways to utilise our VR training suite. A good working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, and eLearning instructional design techniques.
