Glasgow based client are currently recruiting an L&D Advisor to join their team.
Working as part of the wider HR team in a well-established L&D function, you'll be responsible for training needs analysis, design of bespoke content as well as delivery in a group or 1:1 basis. Experience in delivering to all levels is essential.
Candidates need to demonstrate the capability to manage the full L&D life cycle, the ability to gain credibility quickly as well as communicate with stakeholders effectively, measuring ROI.
