The Learning & Development Advisor will partner with managers across all areas of the business to establish training and development needs and be responsible for the design and delivery of high quality, bespoke training and personal development courses. This is a multisite role and candidates must be flexible and willing to travel nationally to other sites as required.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Work in partnership with managers across the business to fully understand training requirements
*Design and deliver training and development programmes across the business; including mandatory/Health & Safety training and personal/management development programmes
*Deliver learning interventions using a range of delivery techniques
*Ensure that all courses are kept up to date with the latest government legislation
*Assist the Learning & Development Manager in the formulation of training programmes and personal development plans
Key skills & experience required for this role:
*Experience of designing and delivering a range of training courses, ideally within the construction or manufacturing industry
*E-learning development knowledge
*Exceptional presentation, training and facilitation skills
*Full clean driving licence and willing to travel to nationally to other sites
*Self-motivated, highly driven with excellent interpersonal skills
