Within this role you will provide high quality customer service and support to learners in independent study time and also maintain a user friendly and efficient learning environment.

The successful candidate will work with learners individually and in groups, providing support for their learning, development and progression.

You will have experience of successful working with young people in the 14-19 age group and have proven experience of working in a busy and demanding customer focused environment and to work flexibly.

You will also have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young people.

Please note this post is 30 hours per week and based at one of their campuses.
