My client, an NHS Trust based in North West London is seeking an L&D Advisor to join their team to support the L&D Manager and the HR Business Partners in delivering the People and Development strategy across the Trust.
I am seeking candidates with previous experience working within the NHS, who are able to hit the ground running in this role and undertake the following responsibilities:
- design, deliver and evaluate high quality L&D interventions to support the delivery of the Recruitment and Retention strategy
- provide a professional OD consultancy service to promote teamworking, improve performance and engagement
- support the effective implementation and on-going delivery of OD related development, including, eLearning, talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Produce effective training needs analysis and evaluation reports on training and development activity and its effectiveness.
