We are currently recruiting for a newly created Learning and Development Manager who can design and deliver critical and creative training across the business with significant effect. As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for analysing key results and supporting in making a positive change.
Design and deliver original training content using a variety of tools
Analyse and evaluate current procedures
Coach and guide key stakeholders to enhance their capabilities
Build strong and lasting relationships with external providers and key stakeholders of the business
Manage a variety of projects across Europe from beginning to end ensuring that results are in line with business objectives
You will be used to working within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have experience of delivering results. You will have the desire to support with the overall development of employees and the business alike. Your overall presence will be infectious, and you will have the ability to influence others with ease. Fluency in another language would be advantageous however, not essential.
