Learning and Development Manager

I am recruiting for a Learning and Development Manager for a client in Leatherhead. Salary £48,000-£50,000, depending on experience. Company benefits include internal investment opportunities.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Design and execution of annual training plans, based on business goals and corporate guidelines (needs analysis, plan design and execution, budget management , effectiveness assessment)
• Overall responsibility for training plans execution in the region, end-to-end
• Implementation of global processes and programs
• Delivering training and facilitating sessions for managers and employees
• Supporting roll out of regional leadership development programs
• Maintaining and enhancing Internal Communication platforms
• Implementation of regional Diversity & Inclusion program
• Monitoring Learning & Development programs effectiveness, and continuously act to enhance it
• Keeping training records and metrics

Qualifications and skills:
• BA in relevant degree, Masters- an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development positions within global organizations (experience within a technical organisation would be advantageous)
• Experience in delivering HR training and group facilitation
• A team-orientated and hands-on approach
• End to end execution abilities
• Autonomy, agility, adaptability
