Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary/Rate: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum + excellent benefits package
Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:45-17:15

Adecco Harlow are excited to be recruiting for a Learning and Development Manager on behalf of our highly reputable client based in Harlow, Essex. This is a full time, permanent position within a nationally recognised, open minded business that can offer a long term and structured career path.

The Learning and Development Manager will be leading a team of four specialists ensuring that they are appropriately developed, coached and managed to provide industry leading solutions. As an ambassador for our client, you will be responsible for developing the strategy, tactics and tools needed to ensure that an ethos of delivering the highest quality customer service is at the heart of everything they do.

Main Purpose of Role:

In this highly autonomous role you will champion the delivery of high quality customer service through the effective design and delivery of industry-leading training, development and communication solutions.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

*Champion the delivery of high quality customer service
*Training, Development & Coaching
*Knowledge Management & Communications
*People Management
*Continuous Improvement

Ideal candidate and personal qualities:

*Experience of designing and delivering training and development solutions within a customer service environment
*Experience of coaching individuals, team management experience would be preferable
*Ability to manage complex workloads and delegate effectively
*Excellent Communicator - internally & externally
*Customer Focused
*Planning and Organisation experience
*IT literate- Competent on the use of Microsoft word, Excel and Office. Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems would be highly advantageous.
