Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor
Salary £27,015 - £29,716 per annum
Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)
Our client develops a range of new homes for rent, shared ownership and sale, whilst providing housing management, care and support and commercial property services.
They’re seeking a L&D Advisor to assist in the design and delivery of the Group’s learning and development strategy. Areas of focus will be providing support on their journey of digital transformation and upskilling all employees together with creating an online repository to store, manage and share employee learning resources.
The successful candidate will support delivery of the Group’s leadership development and aspiring managers programmes, in partnership with their chosen supplier. Designing and delivering learning sessions, such as new employee and managers inductions will be a key feature of the role. You’ll also assist in seeking improvement ideas from employees as part of our inclusive learning organisation development approach.
You’ll organise and coordinate regular meetings with employees and members of the executive and leadership teams and manage E-learning across the Group. You’ll lead on managing apprenticeships, volunteering opportunities, lunch and learn sessions and buddying/mentoring initiatives.
You’ll have sound knowledge and experience of practically applying L&D in the workplace and be someone who constantly seeks best practice, innovation and continual improvement, with a flexible, 'can do’ attitude.
You must have a CIPD Level 5 qualification, or be making substantial progress towards this, be a member of the CIPD and have gained 5 GCSEs grade C+ (including English) or equivalent.
Travel to other sites will feature and preferably you’ll hold a full driving licence and have use of a private vehicle.
