We are looking for someone to join the HR team at Linton as a Learning and Development Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering and organising all site based training, including induction programmes, interactive workshops and systems and policy based training, as well as making all necessary arrangements for external training events in a timely and cost effective manner. A pro-active, hands on approach is a must to ensure all development workshops, inductions and any other training delivered is informative, interactive and effective. All training systems must be accurately updated and records maintained.
Divisional and group projects will also form an integral part of this role therefore the ability and flexibility to take part in regional and group training meetings, as well as other collaborative activates, is a must.

Excellent organisation and communication skills are a must for this role as is a high degree of self motivation and self management. Strong IT skills are essential and ideally the successful candidate will have a HR background, have Train the Trainer and CPP/CIPD qualifications, or be able to demonstrate comparable skills and experience.
