Our client based in Hertford are seeking an experienced L & D persons to provide a L&D service across the group and provide support to the L&D Manager in delivering the people development plan and developing annual training plans.
This will be a varied role and you will be involved in design and delivery of training materials (Management skills) as well as design, delivery and evaluation of E-Learning portfolio, you will be the first point of contact for L&D enquiries within defined businesses. Competency analysis and initiate appropriate interventions for key areas of the business, including but not limited to Engineering, Design, Planning and Estimating.
