Venn Group is currently recruiting for an interim Learning and Development Advisor for a requirement within the NHS in West London

The NHS client with whom we are working is looking for a candidate who will:

  • To design, deliver and evaluate high quality learning and development interventions to support the delivery of the Recruitment and Retention and People strategy
  • To contribute to the wider training and development agenda by participating in appropriate projects and activities and identifying training opportunities for colleagues in order to meet workforce planning requirements
  • Produce effective training needs analysis and evaluation reports on training and development activity and its effectiveness
  • Assist the Learning and Organisational Development Manager in ensuring the provision of timely and effective learning and organisational development activities



To be considered for the post of Learning and Development Advisor you must have:

  • Understanding of best practice in HR
  • Experience of working in a HR Advisory position within the NHS
  • Have experience of working within a Learning and Development department
  • Great attention to detail
