A large company based in Birmingham


The responsibilities of the Learning and Development Advisor will be:-

  • Supporting with the performance review and online systems
  • Delivery and evaluation of training courses
  • Managing the mentoring programme
  • Undertaking Learning and Development projects
  • Working closely with the Human Resources and Personnel team
  • Working with psychometric testing


The successful Learning and Development Advisor will have:

  • First class communication skills
  • Passionate and enthusiastic when delivering training
  • Have an understanding of Thomas International or Myer Briggs psychometric testing
  • Must be flexible to travel to other locations

Job Offer

£28,000 to £32,000
