A client in Redhill are seeking a new Learning and Development Advisor. This is a full-time position with a salary of £33,000. Please note this is initially a 12-month contract, with the potential of being extended to a permanent position. Benefits include a car allowance and generous annual leave. This role will involve working remotely and travelling to other sites on occasion.

In this role you will:
• Develop learning and development programs that embed the skills and behaviours that will allow the company to deliver excellent services to its customers
• Respond to identified organisational developments needs with innovative solutions and comprehensive implementation plans
• Coordinate, monitor and report on all organisational development activity providing insight, expertise and support as required
• Design, implement and manage monitoring and evaluation systems that provide a clear understanding of the attainment of staff and managers against the requirements for their role
• Design, prepare and deliver organisational development projects, including liaising with external learning and development providers and professional bodies
• Ensure all quality, compliance and statutory training requirements are met by staff
• Work in an inclusive way, ensuring that equality and diversity are central to the delivery and operation of the service

Candidate Specification:
• Up-to-date knowledge of learning and development trends and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and training skills
• Good IT skills, for example the ability to confidently use spreadsheets, presentation software and HR information systems
• The ability to work under pressure, work to deadlines and take direction
• You must be able to prioritise workload efficiently and be self-motivating
