Learning and Development Administrator

Our Cwmbran based client is looking for a Learning and Development Administrator on a temporary basis for the next 6 months. We are looking for an adaptable and motivated individual who is immediately available.

The role involves but is not limited to the following:

• To provide administrative support to the client, in particular with respect of Learning & Development, ensuring efficient and effective administration services.
• Booking of all courses to ensure the most effective use of training resource and training requests within financial regulations.
• To ensure the new courses are set up and current course information is maintained including spread sheets, competencies, skills, aims and objectives.
• To support the development and promotion of a range of initiatives including talent management, training, professional development.
• Assist in the production of documentation as required, ensuring accurate and grammatically correct reporting of key information.
• To deliver a customer-focussed service.

You must have the ability to travel independently in and around the Cwmbran area to attend meetings and conferences as required. Flexibility with regard to working hours and availability for pre-planned events and activities during evenings and weekends is essential.
