Learning and Development Administrator

London, 8 - 9 months FTC

A successful online gaming and tech company, require an experienced Learning and Development Administrator to join their HR department and provide day to day support to the team.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, someone who is driven, can demonstrate initiative and is willing to learn.

Job Requirement:

  • Available for 8 - 9 months FTC
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in learning and development administration / coordination
  • Experience of implementing or suggestion process changes and improvements
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of talent management / HR

In this role, you will:

  • Managing L&D calendar, scheduling courses
  • Issuing pre-course and post-source information to delegates
  • Booking venues, setting up internal course, organising induction programme
  • Scheduling new started and ensuring attendance
  • Liaising with HR and collating data for employees and updating system
  • Assisting in managing and booking external training
  • Raising purchase orders for external training
  • Organising workshops, and providing administration support to employee engagement events
  • Organising and collating evaluation forms, ensuring L&D KPIs are met
  • Managing administration of system and ensuring information is maintained accurately on system
  • Completing monthly reports ; training, attendance, cancellations, evaluation form results
