Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a very well respected school in Harlow who are seeking a Lead Teacher of Maths to join their warm and welcoming team next year. The role would be to teach lead the Maths department up to Key Stage 4 on a full time basis. The school are interested to hear from Maths teachers with experience leading a department or those looking for the next step in their career.

As a Lead Practitioner, you will be expected to raise standards and develop teaching and learning within the Maths department. You will ensure that the aims of the academy are effectively translated into high quality classroom practice within the subject. The remuneration associated with this role is a TLR which will be commensurate with the experience and visions that you can bring to the department.

This popular school is graded as 'Good' with 'Outstanding' behaviour and could offer permanent, temporary to permanent or long term supply arrangements. The school is located on the Essex, London and Hertfordshire border easily commutable from the surrounding cities or local rural areas.
