Our posts are focused into the North East and Yorkshire health and care system. Our team work with leaders and key People professionals within NEY’s Health and Care organisations. The people we are looking for will be happy working collaboratively across various internal teams and system organisations. The Leadership Development Administrator will assist the Leadership and Lifelong Learning team to ensure that their programmes of work are undertaken effectively and take the lead in administrating their successful delivery.

In particular the post holder will provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services; including for example, the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required. Supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the head of department, and the team.

Our successful candidate will be a highly organised, experienced and flexible administrator, capable of using their own skills and expertise to provide co-ordination and support to enable successful delivery of national and regional priorities and initiatives. You will be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail, a natural ability to plan ahead, be keen to apply and grow your excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
