The role of the Systems Support and Training Consultant is to provide broking systems training and support services to the companies' network members and partners, in order for them to achieve optimum use of their broking system and meet with their regulatory and business requirements.
The role is to develop and maintain a good working knowledge of the Open GI broking systems whilst providing industry knowledge and technical systems expertise to assist members in improving their system to maximise productivity and revenue.
To provide on-site consultations with members for system efficiency reviews and opportunities for growth through system maximisation.
Technical knowledge and understanding: Ideally you will have experience of working in the insurance industry and in particular with Open GI and you must have a good understanding of the broking environment and processes.
You will also have the ability to manage and lead a small team remotely.
You will possess a good technical knowledge with ability to learn new systems with ease and have experience of good working relationships with software house and customers and you must be adept at using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
