As a Lead Solution Architect within the Corporate Technology Cloud Engineering Enablement function, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and adoption of cutting-edge cloud technologies. Leveraging your expertise in advanced architecture and cloud solutions, you will enhance existing platforms, support strategic global initiatives, and collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Advisory: Guide cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and recommend improvements to existing technologies.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for cloud engineering, architecture strategies, and platform enablement.
Technical Development: Contribute to the evolution of technical methodologies, aligning with the latest product development and cloud engineering practices.
Core Areas of Responsibility1. Governance Frameworks
Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to define governance frameworks for PCI/SOX and HIPAA compliance.
2. Shared Responsibility Model
Develop models to streamline application migration and integration into Atlas 2.0, ensuring smooth adoption and adherence to best practices.
3. Adoption & Validation
Test and validate application groups and new features in Atlas 2.0.
Establish adoption procedures, manage the CT Engineering channel, and contribute to central onboarding and learning materials.
4. Migration Pathways
Enhance Legion, the last-mile deployment tool, to support Atlas 2.0 client deployments.
Facilitate migration pathways in collaboration with application owners and central cloud providers.
5. Architecture Strategy Influence
Ensure that Atlas 2.0 aligns with corporate technology requirements.
Lead strategic discussions within architecture working groups and committees.
6. Atlas 2 CT Lab Enablement
Partner with the developer experience team to support and enable the Atlas 2.0 Cloud Lab.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years of applied experience in AWS and data management.
Proven expertise in leading technologists to solve complex technical challenges.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java/Python).
Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes.
In-depth experience in one or more technical domains, such as cloud computing, AI/ML, and mobile technologies.
Ability to apply new methods and solutions to complex architectural problems.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and executives.
Deep understanding of business needs and practical cloud-native experience.
