What experience is required?

Our client is looking for Senior Consultants who have at least 2 years in the Tech, IT or Digital recruitment sector, UK, Europe or International exposure will be considered. You must have high billings, at least £170k per year, and a consistent work history.

You must be a 360 Consultant who enjoys client engagement and business development. You have a reputation in your markets and a network of clients and candidates that you can hit the ground running with.

A self-motivated, ambitious and resilient attitude is essential, they are looking for confident people who will be their next leaders and have potential to grow into Management positions over the next year. You can work to and exceed targets and are motivated by them.
