Lead Recruitment Consultant - Perms - Birmingham
Basic c.£25-£35k depending on experience
+ Commission 15% of all GP with no threshold, 30% of GP over target

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to head up the Permanent recruitment requirements for this very successful specialist recruitment brand covering the Built Environment across the Midlands.
Currently they are predominantly contract biased and are not fully exploiting the perm requirements that are coming through from their extensive client base, so this is a rare opportunity to lead a team while running your own desk covering Regional Main Contractors exploiting significant vacancies, leads and a long standing candidate base.
The working environment is mature, autonomous and quality driven - on offer is a very generous base salary of up to £35k, Corporate benefits, and a bonus structure with no threshold or desk target that pays up to 30% of GP.
