As Lead Recruiter, you are the primary escalation point for clients and will be accountable for ensuring that the team source and place suitable candidates for all roles as well as manage your own desk.
Duties will include
Adherence to agreed recruitment delivery strategies, including vacancy management, detailed qualification of all roles, advertising, sourcing, candidate interviews, submission, offer and new starter process
Drive a direct fulfilment strategy
Promote, develop and manage the talent pool.
Work in conjunction with other recruiters in the team to ensure fulfilment of all roles
Manage a candidate care strategy during the recruitment process
Identify sources for candidate attraction such as job boards, job events, database utilisation, talent pooling, social media, headhunting and networking
Candidates applying will have a successful track record as a direct recruiter with experience of supporting teams in creating recruitment strategies for niche areas for both experienced roles and volume recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management and team leader skills, with experience in either an RPO or internal role.
