My client are a well known media giant, looking for a Lead Product Manager to join their thriving digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well recognised household brand, whose digital footprint is unique and like no other.
You will be responsible for defining the Product roadmap for the development of service communication's for the brands B2C offering. You will be responsible for engaging stakeholders and gathering requirements to develop a Product strategy that meets business requirements and enhances user experience, and in hand engagement and retention. You will be skilled in managing the entire Product Life Cycle with experience in defining features and functionalities of the Product. You will be responsible for the delivery of all of the brands service communication in a B2C capacity, utilising the capabilities of Email, SMS and online messages. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with specialist UX -UI, Development, Testing, QA and delivery teams to ensure the smooth roll out of all products.
To be considered for this role you will be skilled in developing the brands service communications through all CRM channels, and be experienced managing the entire Product life cycle. You will be skilled in defining a Product proposition and have experience delivering this on a large commercial scale.
