THE COMPANY

The business is a leading AI-powered fintech specialised in helping small businesses across the UK with everything from business accounts to tax solutions.

Now ranked as one of the UK's top 100 fastest growing fintech's the business are in a period of rapid growth and they are seeking to hire a Lead Product Analyst to join the team.

As a Lead Product Analyst, you'll be tasked with leading on product analytics and driving business growth and user acquisition.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Define and refine key performance metrics influencing product strategies
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover insights within the user funnel, identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rates
• Ideating and prioritising new features and improvements
• Designing and executing A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure impact
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and alerts that monitor product health and KPIs

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record in digital product analytics
• Technical experience in SQL and A/B testing
• Strong stakeholder management skills
