This vacancy is designed for an accomplished, proven practitioner ready for a more senior role or an existing dynamic Lead Practitioner of English ready for a new challenge who has the skills to promote high attainment. You will arrive with a natural ability to train staff and a deep-rooted grasp of all academic material. The school wants experienced teachers who can be effective from the outset and develop staff through their excellent knowledge and leadership. The ideal candidate will have the desire to further improve their pupils' exam results as them concentrate on their own CPD as an "outstanding" practitioner.
About the Lead Practitioner of English Role
As a Lead Practitioner of English at this school you will be taking charge of the high-achieving English team.
