Work as a Unit Lead Nurse for a family orientated private healthcare provider with a portfolio of eight nursing homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an elderly nursing and residential home in Harrow, Middlesex.

This is a brand new specialist Home which caters for vegetarian residents and has an excellent reputation in the area and with CQC, rated as 'GOOD' in all areas.
We are looking for an RGN or RMN Qualified Senior Nurse to work as Lead Nurse, caring for 22 nursing and residential service users.

This is a full time, permanent position working 36 hours a week on day shifts, 3 long days a week from 8am until 8pm. There is also an option for the Lead Nurse to work 42 hours a week with the 6 extra hours flexible to use as supernumery time.

We are looking for a Nurse with nursing home experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
The salary is at a competitive rate of up to £18ph, negotiable on experience, and you will receive paid breaks. The annual salary is circa £33,500 - £40,000

You will have an active NMC pin number and we are looking for an experienced RGN Staff Nurse, or an RMN with general nursing skills.
Duties as Unit Lead Nurse will include medication management, working to agreed care plans, general nursing duties and supervising other healthcare professionals on shift.
