Lead Nurse - Roborough House, Woolwell. Plymouth - £19.50ph
We are recruiting for a Lead Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our fantastic service in Woolwell, Plymouth part of our dynamic growing Specialist Service Division of Caretech-UK.
We specialise in providing Mental Health and Neurological Care. Our services include the CQC Rated Outstanding Oakleaf Care in Northampton.
With a service of 40 service users and a staff team of over 60 to support users with physical disabilities, the successful candidate will be RNM/RGN qualified, have a sound knowledge of social role valorisation, good clinical and care planning skills and be flexible to meet the individual needs of the service users.
We are providing individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead as ordinary life as they can achieve.
As Lead Nurse you will become a part of our multi-disciplinary team at Roborough House, you will oversee the delivery of excellent care to service users and have responsibility for leading and managing the nursing department within the 44 bed nursing home.
You will be a dynamic individual with a flexible approach who possesses excellent leadership and management skills, with a high level of self-motivation. The ability to work well under pressure, problem solve and rise to a challenge are essential
You will need:
- First level registration, RGN/RMN qualified
- Relevant experience, evidenced clinical, leadership and management skills
- Mentorship qualification desirable
