Lead Helpdesk Support Engineer
£22,000 to £27,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits
Lead Helpdesk Support Engineer required on a permanent basis for a market leading organisation in Halifax.
The successful Lead Helpdesk Support Engineer will be technically hands on, very customer focused, have excellent communication skills and have general all round abilities to help the wider IT department. You will need commercial experience of Microsoft products, applications and systems. You will need to have strong time management and organisational skills to flourish in this position.
* Experience providing technical Support in a Microsoft house
