Working within a fast paced Outbound call centre environment via an automated dialler system
To proactively identify and generate qualified Leads (B2C) for a number of insurance companies.
Using your excellent communication and questioning skills to identify and qualify leads
You will need to be able to work well under pressure in order to get the job done and reach targets to achieve bonus and contribute to the team’s success
You should be comfortable working as part of a team but have confidence to be self-organised and have the ability to use your own initiative.
You should have current and relevant telesales / Lead generation experience
Be target / results driven
Possess an excellent telephone manner with attention to detail being essential.
Sound PC / keyboard skills
A flexible approach and an ability to adapt quickly are also needed to meet the needs of the business

A can do attitude
