This is a pivotal role in the company, where you will take personal responsibility in increasing the number of leads/appointments/quotations within the company and make a measurable sales contribution towards the overall growth and profitability.
Using your initiative, selling skills and excellent telephone manner, you will speak to customers in order to secure commitment from our range of insurance services and be able to persuade clients to speak to our Sales Team and win business for the department.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong communication skills
Strong abilities in Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience in a customer service environment
The ability to manage data effectively
Previous experience in either a sales environment and/or contact centre would be advantageous
In return for working 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri), on offer is a basic salary starting at £15,000 per annum, plus OTE. Plus:
