Lead Generation Specialist/Telemarketing Executive

Location: Central London

Salary: £22k Base OTE Year 1 £30k

Our client is a well-established IT software as a service provider (SaaS) supplying leading companies with valuable data to allow them to make better business decisions and increase company efficiency. They are looking to hire a highly driven and motivated Telemarketing Executive or Lead Generation Specialist to join their team helping drive opportunities for their Field based Sales Executives by organizing appointments with C level decision makers such as CFO’s, CTO’s and Managing directors for example.

Role:

  • Prospect and Qualify organizations into genuine leads Obtain contacts within those organizations as well as build up a picture of organizational structure identifying key decision-makers
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing and delivery teams in preparing introductory meetings, presentations, tenders and quotations
  • Track and report on all activities and opportunities using CRM system
  • Supplement the lead generation with targeted calls, requests for referrals and personal networking
  • Answer any and all queries accurately, persuasively and in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to sales and marketing team in terms of provision of existing collateral, event organisation support etc.,Database management, execution of email Campaigns, upload information onto the website
  • Represent the company professionally at all times with integrity, acting as an ambassador for the clients values


Skills Required:

  • Excellent telephone manner, spoken and written English
  • Impeccable professional conduct
  • Good presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Outstanding ability to build rapport quickly with clients (both existing and cold leads)
  • Ability to build rapport with the technical delivery teams and gain technical knowledge quickly in order to maximize success
  • Proficient reporting and IT skills
