We are currently recruiting for a newly created position of Telesales Manager Working as part of the marketing team, the primary focus of the role is to develop, deliver and nurture a healthy inbound and outbound lead generation programme within the construction specification market, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing, construction industry database mining, networking, and relationship building. You will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices to make the lead generation discipline a successful growth strategy for the Masonite business.

Telesales Manager Overview:

In this role you will be prospecting, generating, qualifying, nurturing, and following up on leads for the external sales team. Responsible for Initiating strategies to include inbound/outbound sales as well as marketing campaigns and initiatives. Working collaboratively to develop lead generation strategies to generate opportunities with prospective customers.

You will understand framework agreements, calendarize opportunities and ensure Masonite is included in all framework tender negotiations. Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the specification market including, architects, designers, procurement managers and contractors whilst demonstrating a commitment to the construction industry by staying educated on the new regulations, product solutions changes, innovations, and trends.

Maintaining up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity, reporting via our Dynamics CRM system to provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reporting for management.

Utilising win-loss analysis to constantly review lead generational strategies and adjust accordingly to deliver optimum growth. You will be used to solving martech integration solutions and issues

You will effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to external customers, this role is KPI driven around achieving sales leads and appointment quotas.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, nurturing leads

  • Develop lead generation strategies through marcom and CRM

  • Understand framework nurturing - calendar of opportunities

  • Interact professionally with customers via phone, telephone

  • Experience of Glenigans and/or Barbour ABI

  • Set up a lead gen system from scratch including digital platforms

  • Review and refine lead generation strategies based on win/loss analysis

  • Ability to communicate and track success

  • Work to targets

  • Effectively communicate product solution and value propositions

  • Maintain a well organised CRM system

  • Manage own time independently and be a self-starter

About You!

  • Degree educated and or extensive lead generation experience in a construction specification industry.

  • Experience with marketing automation software Dynamics 365 - essential

  • Skilled in telephone or video conference lead qualification.

  • Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas

  • Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments

  • Employing structured lead generation methods

  • Must have a strong inner drive and self-discipline

  • Ability to analyse data and information to draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations.

  • Strong verbal communicator with excellent written, communication, presentation skills

  • Ability to create clear communications that concisely convey value propositions

  • Experience of setting up and developing lead generation programmes from scratch

  • Experience in selling technical solutions within the passive fire protection industry and/or construction products through specification routes to market
