The role reports to the Lead Compensation Executive and forms part of a large Compensation and Benefits team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a global mobility setting, and have up to date compensation and reward experience ideally working for a global corporate business.
You will design, implement and manage rewards for senior executives within the business.
Skills and knowledge required for the role:
Experience of working in a matrix environment
Strong background and experience in compensation in the UK corporate governance environment
Knowledge of trends in the market
Good financial and business acumen and an understanding of the importance of financial and non-financial measures to deliver corporate strategy.
