Lead Engineer required for a leading FM provider based on static site in South West London

Your new company
Leading FM provider with a portfolio of prestigious contracts within the UK are currently looking for an electrical bias Lead Engineer to be based on a static site in South West London

Your new role
The new role will consist of carrying out and supervising PPMs and reactive maintenance on site. You will also be required to liaise with the Technical Supervisor and Contract Manager regarding subcontractors, training and rotas. This is a Monday-Friday position 8am-5pm

What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need to have experience in a similar role as well as experience supervising a small team. You will also need be have both 17th edition and Level 3 Electrical Installation, Testing & Inspection 2391 is also desirable. On top of that you will also need to have a solid mechanical knowledge and be comfortable around pumps, boilers etc

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum as well as 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays. Also on offer is the opportunity to work for a leading FM Provider where further training and career progression is encouraged.
