Lead Electrical Engineer
Graduate with degree in electrical engineering or equivalent and experience in oil & gas domain.
Experience in Schematic Design, Controls, Equipment Layout, Cabling and basic wiring background. Good knowledge on applicable Industry and international codes and standards, Quality & EHS standard, Electrical drawings package: Cable Routing, Cable calculation, Electrical Schematic diagram, General Assembly of components / Layout, Electrical Wire routing Design. Knowledge of Technical Engineering Tools (AutoCAD) and on NPI. Experience of working in a global team and having a creative approach and ability to communicate ideas is an added advantage.
The role will include taking ownership of products and tasks within Oil & Gas - Subsea Control Systems with Topside and Subsea Engineering experience, including the generation of design files, drawings and other project documentation, Coordinating with global Engineering Teams to deliver solutions to assigned work packages. Responsible for all Electrical technical documentation like FDS, DVP, BOM. Preparation of Operation and maintenance manuals and product support documentation e.g. design record sheets (DRS's) for calculations, CE files, design review check lists etc. for specific electrical / electronic products. Responsible for demonstrating adherence to schedule and budget commitments for assigned packages of work.
Willing to travel in UK, Europe or India including possible secondment to undertake project work
