Lead Digital Acquisition Manager - Digital Bank

We are looking for a talented Lead Digital Acquisition Manager to join our VMDB Customer Attraction and Interactions Marketing Team. Creative and analytical in your approach, with deep experience in marketing for high growth, digital businesses; you will own customer acquisition campaigns by utilising the most effective marketing mix of digital app acquisition channels (PPC, Display, Paid Social, affiliates etc.), on-site web content and app-store optimisation.

You’ll be adept at managing multiple agencies, and working with these partners to target quality customers through innovative, cross-platform segmentation strategies.

You’ll work towards creating compelling launch plans to raise awareness, educate new customers about the proposition and ultimately inspire customers to take action and apply. Owning the development of a mobile-first, segmented marketing approach, you will work with specific target audiences as part of a broader marketing plan.

You will own the performance of your customer acquisition campaigns through continual test and learn with a laser focus on data, reporting and analysis of customer journeys. Your focus will be the acquisition of high LTV customers for the Digital Bank, as such you will be an expert in mobile app marketing strategies and technologies such as ASO, burst campaigns and mobile measurement partners. You’ll also support the partnership team in bridging opportunities to acquire new customers and providing existing customers with relevant offers - making our customers better off!

Responsible for budgetary management, you’ll ensure efficiency and quality decision making around priorities for marketing spend. If you’re as bold and exciting as we are, you’ll deliver standout campaigns the Virgin way with media plans and creatives which push the boundaries.

You’ll be able to work closely with product teams to shape propositions that meet customer needs; ensuring our marketing strategy places them at the core of every decision we make.

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, depending upon experience plus amazing benefits.
